Volatile oil steam-distilled from dried branches and leaves of Cinnamomum cassia Presl (Lauraceae).
Characteristics: Yellow to yellowish-brown clear liquid; characteristic cinnamon aroma, sweet and pungent taste. Darkens and thickens gradually with long-term storage or air exposure.
Finished product specifications: 25 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum;
Main ingredient: Cinnamaldehyde;
Storage: Protect from light, seal tightly, store in a cool place.
